How Does Payment for Sessions Work?
For newcomers, a trial session costs 9 EUR. After a successful trial, you can choose the training days for which you’d like to purchase a membership.
 
The membership fee covers reserving your spot on the selected days of the week within a calendar month (for example, Mondays and Thursdays in January). The fee is calculated by multiplying 9 EUR by the number of remaining selected session days in the month. You can purchase a membership for one or multiple sessions.
 
Example: Newcomer Thomas signed up on the 3rd to regularly attend two sessions – Mondays at 6:30 PM and Wednesdays at 8:00 PM. There were three Mondays and four Wednesdays left in the month. He pays 27 EUR for the Monday sessions (9 EUR × 3) and 36 EUR for the Wednesday sessions (9 EUR × 4), making a total of 63 EUR for the membership.
Can I Pay for Individual Sessions Instead of a Membership?

Unfortunately, after the trial session, only those who sign up for a membership can continue participating in the sessions. The membership system ensures an optimal number of participants in each session, maintaining high training quality and providing a great experience for everyone. It also prevents situations where attendance swings from too few to too many players.

If your schedule varies, we recommend taking a membership on the day you can attend the most sessions and using the option to make up missed sessions on other days at no extra cost. There’s no expiration for rescheduling missed sessions, which means sessions skipped in one month can be played in another. This flexible system allows you to get the most out of your membership, even with a changing schedule.

What Happens If I Can’t Attend a Scheduled Session?

If you can’t attend a scheduled session, you have the option to use the missed session at another training time at no extra cost. To do this, you need to inform the organizers about your absence, after which you’ll be offered a chance to attend another session for free. Missed sessions do not expire, so you can make up sessions skipped in previous months.

It’s important to note that this option is available only to those who have an active membership for at least one session. In other words, you must have a current membership to use this benefit.

As long as sessions are not fully booked, we sometimes also allow you to play missed sessions in advance. This means you can attend extra sessions ahead of time to compensate for sessions you might miss in the future. This approach is especially useful, as it ensures you can make the most of your membership and gives you greater flexibility in your training schedule.

What Happens to My Membership if My Work or Travel Schedule Is Unpredictable?

If you have a variable work schedule or frequent business trips, we recommend choosing a membership on the day(s) when you’re least likely to miss sessions. For example, you could take a Wednesday membership and make up missed sessions on Thursdays or Fridays.

How Long Can I Use Missed Sessions?

There’s no expiration for making up missed training sessions—they remain valid indefinitely.

Missed sessions can be used at any other training session at no extra cost, even in a different month or season. For example, if you miss a session in the summer, you can make it up in the fall or even winter. The only requirement is that you have an active membership in the month you wish to use the missed session.

This flexible system allows you to get the most out of your membership, adapting to your changing schedule and lifestyle. It also ensures that you receive the full value of your membership, no matter how busy your schedule may be during a given period.

Can I Join Even If I’m a Beginner or Haven’t Played in Years?
Yes, you can absolutely join our sessions! We offer sessions for all skill levels, including beginners and those returning to the sport after a long break.
 
In basketball, we don’t divide sessions as strictly by skill level as we do in volleyball, since players with different abilities can play successfully together. Naturally, some sessions have more experienced players, while others have players with less experience. There are also sessions exclusively for men and sessions where both men and women participate.
 
Volleyball is slightly different. Here, we aim to ensure that participants in each session play at a similar skill level. That’s why volleyball sessions are grouped by multiple skill levels, so everyone can enjoy a fair and fun game.
 
If, after a trial session, you feel that the level of a particular session isn’t right for you, we will help you find a session that suits you better. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and enjoy the game. Regardless of your experience level, we encourage you to try our sessions. It’s a great way to get back into sports or start an exciting new hobby in a friendly and supportive environment!
Are All Participants in a Session at the Same Skill Level?
No, the skill levels in our sessions vary, and this is intentional. We aim to provide each participant with the right level of challenge so you can reach a “flow state,” where the challenge is neither too easy nor too difficult. This approach allows everyone to fully engage in the game and continue improving. The different training levels ensure that each player can find a session that matches their skills and enjoy the game to the fullest. In basketball, the level divisions are less formal than in volleyball, though sessions naturally form with varying skill levels. In volleyball, skill levels are more clearly defined for each session.
 
If, after a trial session, you feel the level isn’t right for you—too easy or too challenging—we’ll gladly help you find the most suitable group. We also regularly assess player development, so when you reach a new level, you can move to a more challenging group. Our goal is for every session to provide both challenge and satisfaction.
Are There Always Enough Participants in the Sessions?
Yes, our sessions are almost always well attended, thanks to several factors. We have a core group of regular participants, providing a stable foundation. The membership system ensures an optimal number of players in each session, helping to avoid sessions that are too small or too crowded. We also offer flexible options to attend other sessions if someone can’t make their usual time and misses a session—a possibility that is frequently used given the number of sessions and participants.

No, our sessions are not divided by gender. We offer mixed groups where men and women train together. Player assignment to session times is based on skill level, not gender. This ensures that every participant can find a suitable challenge regardless of gender.

We believe that mixed groups create more diverse and interesting games and foster a positive atmosphere during training. It’s worth noting that in some groups, there may naturally be a higher proportion of men or women.

How Does the Player Rating System Work?
In our sessions, we use a unique rating system based on game results, while also reflecting each player’s individual performance. During a session, teams are repeatedly reshuffled according to player ratings. This ensures that a player’s rating reflects their personal performance rather than the performance of a fixed team. Ratings are calculated using the average +/- indicator.

Is There an Age Limit?
Our sessions are designed for participants aged 14 and older. This age limit is based on several factors:
  • Physical Readiness: By age 14, young people typically have developed enough physically to fully participate in adult sessions.
  • Emotional Maturity: From this age, participants are better able to understand game rules, team dynamics, and follow training discipline.
  • Safety: We want to provide a safe environment for all participants, and age 14 is the point when teens can safely play alongside adults.
  • Level of Play: Our sessions are designed to be challenging and engaging for adults and teens who meet the minimum age requirement.
We welcome participants of any age above 14 who want to stay active and enjoy team sports.
Do Sessions Take Place During the Summer?
Yes, we actively train during the summer. While it’s sometimes possible to play outdoors, we continue sessions indoors to ensure consistency and maintain a regular training rhythm. Variable weather can disrupt outdoor games, so indoor sessions guarantee uninterrupted physical activity.
 
Our experience shows that those who continue training in the summer maintain their habits and physical fitness, staying active year after year. Regular summer sessions also help preserve discipline, energy, and motivation, which are important not only in sports but in other areas of life as well.
 
On the other hand, participants who take a break during the summer often find it difficult to return to their usual routine in the fall and winter. Such breaks can lead to a loss of physical fitness, a decline in skills, and reduced self-discipline. Resuming training after a long break is often much harder than maintaining a regular schedule throughout the year. By continuing summer training, participants not only maintain and improve their athletic form but also strengthen their identity as active, disciplined, and sporty individuals.
When and Where Does the Sessions Take Place?

Our sessions take place across multiple countries and cities. Currently, they are available in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Poland, Ireland, and the Netherlands. We have carefully selected our session locations to ensure they are easily accessible by both public transport and car. Most locations offer free parking, making it convenient for those who prefer to drive. Sessions are held in renovated school gyms equipped with comfortable changing rooms and showers, providing a comfortable and well-equipped environment.

Exact times and locations are shared after completing the registration form. This approach allows us to match each new participant with the most suitable training group based on their playing experience.

We intentionally do not publish detailed schedules and locations publicly to avoid unplanned visits and to maintain an optimal group size for each session. After you fill out the form, we will send you more detailed information about the training options that best fit your experience level and location.
