About Us

Our Story

We organized our first session back in 2003 while still in high school. During our university years, after moving to Riga, Latvia, we attended volleyball and basketball sessions organized by others, but many of these experiences were disappointing. Common issues included overly demanding or confrontational participants, poor attendance—or, conversely, too many people—along with rough or unsafe play. There was even a session with almost no rules, leaving us wondering whether we were playing basketball or rugby.

In 2012, we decided to organize our own basketball and volleyball sessions again. At first, we didn’t want to invite outsiders, so the sessions included only our small circle of friends. Initially, attendance was very good, but over time, the number of participants gradually declined. After showing up a few times to find only a handful of people, we decided to take a risk and open the sessions to newcomers outside our circle. To our surprise, an unexpectedly large number of positive, friendly people eager to play signed up. As a result, we not only revived the existing sessions but were even able to create new ones.

For many years, our sessions ran successfully in Latvia, attracting not only locals but also international participants. Many foreign attendees often expressed that they wished similar sessions existed in their own countries. Encouraged by this feedback, we began expanding beyond Riga, gradually establishing sessions in other European cities.

This experience taught us how important it is to create an environment where sports go hand in hand with a positive atmosphere. Over the years, we have developed a stable system that allows everyone to participate at a level that suits them, in a safe and friendly environment. What started as a single weekly session has grown into a wide training network, with hundreds of people taking part in our sessions every week.

Our approach has proven that sports can be both effective and enjoyable when supported by the right organization and atmosphere. Today, we take pride in having created a space where people not only improve their physical fitness but also enjoy spending their time.

Our Mission

Turning Sport into Enjoyment 

Unfortunately, for many people, exercising is still not a regular part of daily life. Often, this is because they choose sports that don’t bring them joy. While individual workouts, such as running or gym sessions, are effective, it is often the enjoyment of good company and the thrill of the game that helps maintain long-term motivation. You don’t have to choose between a great workout and having fun — with us, you can have both. Exercise shouldn’t feel like an obligation – it should be a hobby that helps you unwind from daily stress and gives you a positive boost for the whole week. With us, a good workout always comes with great vibes.

Creating an Inclusive and Supportive Environment

To make sessions engaging for everyone, we have created groups for different skill levels. Beginners are welcome to join and develop their skills, whether they haven’t played in a long time or are just getting introduced to the sport. For more experienced players, we offer higher-level groups where they can enjoy a faster-paced, more dynamic game. At every level, a friendly and respectful atmosphere prevails, free from excessive competitiveness. This allows each participant to progress at their own pace and enjoy the excitement of the sport with a healthy, pressure-free approach.

We take care of all the organizational details — a wide range of session times with the option to make up missed sessions, convenient locations, always enough players, and automated team balancing for fair play. All you need to do is show up and play — we’ve handled the rest.
